Issues with publishing to Instagram and Threads
Identified - We’ve confirmed this issue is due to a bug on Meta’s side, primarily affecting Instagram and Threads carousel (multi-image) posts.

As a workaround, you can schedule Instagram carousel posts using the “Notify Me” option, or limit posts to a single image.

Updates to X with image attachments are failing
Resolved - Thanks so much for bearing with us today, we have monitored the situation over the last hour or so and posts to X with image attachments have been sending successfully once again. This issue has been resolved and the posting success rate has returned to normal.

Monitoring - Our engineers have been able to identify this issue and push a fix out. We are no longer seeing these errors occur for single image posts to X and posting success has begun to return to normal for X again.

We will continue to monitor this over the next few hours before looking to label this issue as fully resolved. Thank you for your patience with us as we were working on this problem.

Investigating - We have seen an uptick in single image posts to X failing to publish successfully today. Our engineering team are investigating this and we are working to get publishing success back to normal. It does look like this issue is specific to single image posts for X - any X posts with no images, multi-image posts or posts with videos should still be publishing normally at the moment. As soon as we have more information and fix in place for this, we will follow up.

[Calendar] Issues with Posts Moving Timeslots
Resolved - We have resolved an issue with post scheduling. Posts were unexpectedly moved to different time slots in the Calendar after editing the post, despite being initially scheduled for specific dates and times. We are aware that a number of users were impacted by this scheduling issue. We have identified and fixed the root cause. The issue should not occur going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Publishing: Updates with media attachments hitting posting errors
Resolved - After monitoring for the last few hours, we haven't seen any additional instances of the issues we had earlier and have marked this as fixed now. Thank you for your patience with us today as we navigated those media related post failures.

Monitoring - Our team have noticed that a number of posts have been failed today across different social networks due to some issues with media attachments. We have pushed a fix for this already and are seeing publishing success rates return to normal. If you have experienced some of your posts fail due to this issue today, please can you retried publishing the failed posts once more?
